60 minutes · $120 in studio or $135 in-home or hospital bedside. You remain fully clothed and choose light touch or no touch.
The session flow: arrive, choose a chair, table, floor mat, or bedside position, receive Reiki on your terms, and allow quiet time to complete the session.
Choose Reiki when you want to receive and rest rather than engage in active, pressure-based bodywork.

Trauma-Informed Reiki Healing
Your choice: chair, table, floor mat, or bedside. You decide what you or your loved one wants that day.
If you are scheduling for a loved one in the hospital, you must inform them of my arrival time.
This trauma informed session is an excellent option for:
- •The touch-averse / touch-sensitive
- •Nervous systems that need space before they need pressure
- •The days when a massage feels like too much, but your body still needs to be met
60 minutes. No oils, no undressing, no pressure points to explain or apologize for. Just energy work, on your terms.

How is Reiki different from massage?
Reiki is hands hovering or hands on, your choice. It's passive. You receive, you rest, and the benefit happens without effort on your part. Massage is interactive, full hands-on work that needs your feedback: pressure, pace, and what's working. Two different experiences. Choose based on what your body's asking for that day.
