Preparing for a Reiki attunement
A Reiki attunement Is a process of empowerment that opens your Crown, Heart, and Palm Chakras.

During the attunement, your chakras will be cleared and balanced energetically and you will be connected to the source of universally guided life force energy.

During and after the attunement, your physical and emotional body will clear and become receptive.
In order to improve the results of this initiation a process of abstinence and detoxification is recommended.

Once we make the decision to train, often times the attunement process begins clearing out energies to make room for the new. Perhaps you may have already noticed a clearing out of people, situations, experiences or things that are no longer in alignment with the path you have chosen.

The week prior to class offenses Reiki touching our lives in ways such as changes and mental attitudes relationships, health or other issues. Actively working with these processes can allow the achievement energies to work more efficiently and create greater benefits for you. The following steps are optional follow them if you feel guided to.

1. Eat lightly 3 days prior to the attunement [avoid red meat]. Organic chicken or fish Is OK.  increase your consumption of water fruits and vegetables.

2. Minimize your use of coffee and caffeinated drinks. They create Imbalances in the endocrine and nervous systems. Consume non Caffeinated drinks on the day of the attunement.

3. Avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 3 days prior to the achievement. Definitely do not drink Alcoholic Beverages on the day of training.

4. Minimize sugar intake

5. If you smoke cigarettes, cut back and please for the sake of all attendees do not smoke on the day of training.

Please refrain from wearing odorous perfumes which could affect the scent sensitive.


6. Begin Use a meditation practice. Start with as little as 5 minutes A-day especially if you are new To meditation.

7. Be mindful of what you take in. Try a social media break for at least 7 Days. Reduce or limit your Time reading magazines, watching the news, Listening to controversial podcasts, or the radio.

8. Spend time in nature. Go for quiet walks, visit a body of water, sit by a fire, Let the wind blow around you.

9. Give more attention to the subtle impressions in and around your body.

10. Be mindful about who you choose to be around. Avoid people who you know lie to you, put you down, or attempt to interfere with your choices.

11. Spend time in self care honoring who you are. Do your best to relax as much as possible. 

12. Consider finishing your reading 3 days prior to class.
