What is Reiki?Reiki is a healing technique based on the principles of Energy Medicine/Bioenergetics.
The certified practitioner is a conduit for subtle energy to flow through while the receiver draws in the amount necessary to gently balance & restore all levels of our being. Reiki can also be administered with or without touch. In the medical establishment, Reiki is described as a relaxation technique because it fosters the relaxation outcome assisting the body back into homeostasis. In the Spiritual community, Reiki is considered a way of life and a form of self empowerment. |
